Event Information
- All event details, schedules, speakers, performers, and venues are subject
to change without notice.
- Bazm-e-Virasat Foundation reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel
events.

Ticket Booking
- Tickets must be booked only through the official portal:
booking.bazmevirasat.org.
- Tickets are subject to availability and applicable terms.
- Users must provide accurate information during booking.
- Duplicate, fraudulent, or resold tickets may be cancelled without refund.

Refund & Cancellation
- If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
- If rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date.
- User-initiated cancellations are non-refundable unless specified.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Intellectual Property
- All text, images, graphics, logos, audio-visual materials, and content on
this website are the property of Bazm-e-Virasat Foundation.
- Reproduction, copying, or distribution without permission is strictly
prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
- Bazm-e-Virasat Foundation is not responsible for technical issues or
downtime.
- Losses arising from use of website or reliance on information.
- Issues due to third-party services (payment gateway, hosting, etc.).

Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be under jurisdiction of courts in Prayagraj (Allahabad),
Uttar Pradesh.

Includes
- Access to Stage 2 programme (reserved seating: Platinum, Gold, Silver &
Bronze)
- Includes complimentary Day Pass (Stage 1 access) from 11:00 AM – 6:45 PM
- Day Pass seating available on a first-come, first-served basis
- Access to Food Court

Important notes
- This pass is valid only on the date mentioned
- Passes cannot be exchanged or refunded once booked
- Each pass grants entry to one person only
- It is recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event
Bazm-e-Virasat: Code of Conduct & Event Restrictions

General Conduct
- All attendees, participants, and crew are expected to maintain decorum and
discipline throughout the event.
- Respect towards artists, guests, and staff is mandatory at all times.
- Offensive language, harassment, or discrimination of any kind (verbal,
physical,
or digital) will not be tolerated.
- The festival celebrates cultural heritage — please dress and behave
appropriately and respectfully.

Entry & Identification
- Entry is permitted only with valid festival passes or ID badges issued by
the
organizers.
- Wristbands or badges must be worn visibly at all times.
- Do not tamper with, remove, or break your wristband — doing so will result
in
denial of entry or removal from the venue.
- Re-entry is allowed only through designated gates after security
verification.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to deny or revoke entry for
non-compliance.

Prohibited Items
- Alcohol, narcotics, and illegal substances
- Weapons or sharp objects
- Fireworks, lighters, or inflammable materials
- Outside food or beverages (unless authorized)
- Professional video/photography equipment without prior permission
- Political, religious, or promotional banners and materials

Behaviour and Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all venues. Dispose of waste only in
designated bins.
- Any attendee found under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other
intoxicating substance will be immediately removed from the venue.
- Vandalism or damage to property (public or private) will lead to immediate
expulsion and penalties.
- Follow security and crowd management instructions at all times.

Photography & Media
- Personal photography and videography are allowed only in designated areas.
- Do not photograph or record artists or guests without their consent or the
organizers consent.
- Media representatives must carry official accreditation issued by the
organizers.

Emergency Protocols
- In case of a medical or security emergency, contact event security or visit
the
first aid counter immediately.
- Emergency exits and routes must always remain unobstructed.
- Follow instructions from authorities and event staff during evacuations or
drills.

Code of Ethics
- Celebrate with dignity - no obscenity, aggression, or disrespect towards
cultural or regional sentiments.
- Zero tolerance towards harassment, bullying, or inappropriate conduct.
- The festival is a safe, inclusive space — treat everyone with equality and
kindness.

Legal & Disciplinary Action
- Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate removal from the
venue.
- No refund will be issued in case of removal or denial of entry due to
misconduct
or rule violations.
- Serious offences or unlawful behavior will be reported to law enforcement
authorities.
- The organizing committee's decisions are final and binding in all matters.
