Cancellation & Refund Policy

All ticket types (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) are non-refundable if you are simply unable to attend.
You cannot change the date of your ticket.
Tickets can be transferred to another attendee if you are unable to go.
Cancellations will not be accepted within 7 days prior to the start of the event.
Refunds can be processed after deducting a cancellation charge of Rs. 500 per ticket.
The refund will be credited within 15 working days.

Refunds on Force majeure Cancellation of events by the organisers (if required).
